手順

Slice the tofu into pieces the same size as the spam and pan-fry until golden on both sides.
Pan-fry the spam slices until golden on both sides. No oil is needed as spam releases its own fat.
Arrange the fried tofu and spam slices alternately on a plate.
Top the tofu and spam with the stir-fried kimchi generously in the center.
