- 1 can spam
- 200g garlic scapes
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧂 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
手順
Slice the spam into 5 pieces and blanch in boiling water to reduce saltiness. *Blanching is optional.
Drain the spam and pan-fry until golden.
Cut the fried spam into pieces similar in size to the garlic scapes.
Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp cooking oil, and stir-fry the garlic scapes briefly. Add 3 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tsp salt, then stir-fry further.
Add the sliced spam to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add 1 tbsp chili powder and 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, mixing well while stir-frying.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix thoroughly and serve.
