- 200g somen noodles
- 🥒 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1/2 chili pepper, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Seaweed flakes, as needed
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Thinly slice the zucchini and sprinkle with salt to let it sweat.
Chop the green onion and chili pepper.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion, chili pepper, and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the salted zucchini to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes until tender.
Spread the cooked zucchini on a plate to cool.
Boil the somen noodles in salted water, adding cold water twice when it boils over.
Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water to remove excess starch.
Mix the noodles with the prepared sauce in a large bowl.
Add the cooled zucchini to the noodles and mix well.
Plate the noodles, top with zucchini and seaweed flakes, and serve.
