- 🍚 1 cup rice cakes
- 1 sheet flat fish cake
- 🌭 4 grilled sausages
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
手順
Rinse rice cakes, fish cake, and sausages under running water. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a pan.
Add 1 cup of water, soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, and cooking wine to the pan. Bring to a boil.
When the sauce is reduced by half, add minced garlic and stir well to coat the ingredients evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to finish. Optionally, add a small amount of sesame oil for extra flavor.
