Main Ingredients
- 200g sliced fish cake
- 🧅 15g chopped green onion
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1.4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- Sprinkle sesame seeds
手順
Slice the fish cake into thin strips, about 5mm thick.
Chop the green onion and prepare 0.5 tbsp of minced garlic.
Measure and prepare vegetable oil, soy sauce, corn syrup, and sesame oil.
In a frying pan, add all the prepared seasonings except sesame oil and stir on medium-low heat until well mixed.
Once the sauce starts to bubble, add the fish cake and minced garlic, and stir-fry on medium heat.
Cook for 2.5–3 minutes until the fish cake becomes soft and absorbs the soy sauce color.
Add the chopped green onion and stir briefly, then turn off the heat.
Mix in sesame oil while the pan is off the heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
