Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 7 cm green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- a pinch of ground pepper
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Cut the tofu block into halves and slice into 1 cm thick pieces.
Sprinkle 1 tsp salt evenly on a plate or tray, place tofu on top, and sprinkle another 1 tsp salt on the tofu. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Pat the tofu dry with a kitchen towel after 10 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing sugar, soy sauce, water, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and ground pepper.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides (about 1 minute per side).
Place green onion on top of the tofu in the pan.
Pour the sauce evenly over the tofu and simmer until the tofu absorbs the sauce.
