    • 1 block tofu
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
    • A small amount of green onion
  • Sauce

    • 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
    • 💧 3 tbsp water
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
    • 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
    • A dash of pepper

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the onion and chop the green onion.

Place tofu on a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown. Set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the onion until slightly translucent.
