手順

After the first fermentation, gently deflate the dough, divide it into appropriate sizes, and let it rest for 15 minutes for intermediate fermentation.
Deflate the dough again, shape into rounds, and allow it to rise until doubled in size for 45 minutes to 1 hour for the second fermentation.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake for 15 minutes. Optionally, brush the tops with melted butter or milk before baking for a golden finish.
