材料
- Main Ingredients - 1 pack soft tofu
- 2 pieces chicken breast
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/3 zucchini
- 1/2 cup pizza cheese
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍅 1 cup tomato sauce
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- A pinch of parsley
- A drizzle of olive oil
 
手順
Cut onion, zucchini, and chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Slice soft tofu into 3cm thick pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic, onion, and zucchini.
Add chicken breast to the pan and cook together. Then pour in tomato sauce and water, bringing it to a boil.
Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, then season with salt and black pepper.
Place soft tofu on top and sprinkle pizza cheese over the dish.
Garnish with parsley leaves and serve hot.
