Main Ingredients
- 🍶 1 pack silken tofu
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp fine red chili powder
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 cup kelp and anchovy broth
手順
Heat a pot and add 1 tbsp cooking oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Slice the white part of 1 stalk of green onion and sauté until fragrant.
Add 2 tbsp fine red chili powder and stir to prevent burning.
Add 1 pack of silken tofu, 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp plum extract, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, and 1 cup kelp and anchovy broth. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer while spooning the sauce over the tofu.
Slice the green part of the green onion and add it to the pot. Continue simmering until the sauce reduces to a thin layer at the bottom.
