- 300g bread flour

- 4g instant dry yeast
- 🍬 15g sugar

- 🧈 15g butter
手順
Sift the bread flour into a bowl to make it smoother.
Create three small wells in the flour.
Add salt, yeast, and sugar into separate wells.
Mix each well individually.
Pour in the milk and gently mix with a spatula until it forms a dough.
Knead the dough on a clean surface until it starts to come together.
Add butter and continue kneading until fully incorporated.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into three equal portions.
Cover the portions and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Roll each portion into a long oval shape using a rolling pin.
Fold the edges of the dough towards the center and roll again.
Roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
Place the logs into a greased bread pan and let them rise until 1–2 cm above the pan.
Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
Let the bread cool before slicing.
