- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper

Seasonings
- 🧈 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

手順
Place the smoked salmon slices on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Finely chop the pickle and onion.
In a bowl, mix the chopped pickle and onion with mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, and black pepper.
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove seeds, trim the ends, and slice into thin strips.
Remove the seeds from the cucumber and slice it into thin strips. Slice the onion into thin strips as well.
Lay a slice of smoked salmon flat and place a portion of the sliced vegetables on top. Roll it up tightly.
Arrange the rolls on a plate and generously top with the tartar sauce.
