- 500g smoked duck
- 220g chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of sesame seeds
- a pinch of black pepper
手順
Clean the chives by removing wilted stems and peeling the roots. Soak them briefly in water to remove dirt.
Rinse the chives under running water multiple times and remove excess moisture.
Cut the cleaned chives into 4–5 cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
In a bowl, mix chili powder, soy sauce, fish sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Adjust vinegar and sugar to taste.
Combine the chives and onion in a large bowl. Add the prepared dressing and gently mix using gloves.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salad and lightly mix again.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Place the smoked duck slices and sprinkle with black pepper.
Cook the smoked duck until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the smoked duck alongside the chive salad.
