- 400g smoked duck
- 500g chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
手順
Slice 1/2 onion thinly and wash the chives thoroughly. Trim the root ends and cut the chives into 5cm pieces.
Place the sliced onion and chives into a large bowl.
Add 1/2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1.5 tbsp vinegar, and 2 tbsp fish sauce to the bowl.
Mix the chives, onion, and seasonings thoroughly by hand until well combined.
Cook the smoked duck in a frying pan without adding oil. Remove excess grease using paper towels during cooking.
Place the cooked duck on paper towels to remove any remaining grease.
Arrange the chive salad on a large plate and place the smoked duck on top.
