- 100g smoked duck
- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥕 1/6 carrot, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
Seasonings
- 🥚 2 eggs

- A pinch of ground pepper
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
手順
Soak the smoked duck in hot water to remove excess fat.
Chop the onion, carrot, and green chilies finely. Dice the smoked duck into small pieces. Mix them with egg yolks, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Season the tofu with salt and pat dry. Coat it with cornstarch, add the prepared mixture on top, and cover with another piece of cornstarch-coated tofu.
Dip the tofu sandwich in egg mixture and pan-fry evenly on all sides until golden brown.
