材料
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu, diced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1/2 red chili, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp shrimp paste
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Slice the green chili, red chili, and green onion into small pieces. Red chili is optional for color.
Dice the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
Beat the egg thoroughly in a bowl.
Pour 6 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
Add 1 tbsp shrimp paste to the boiling water for initial seasoning.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic to the pot and stir well.
Once the water is boiling, add the diced tofu.
Taste the soup and adjust seasoning with more shrimp paste and salt as needed.
Add the sliced chilies and pour in the beaten egg. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Add the chopped green onion and turn off the heat.
