Main Ingredients
- 🥚 5 boiled eggs
 - 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
 - 10cm white part of green onion
 - 2 green chili peppers, chopped
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp plum syrup
 - 1 tbsp corn syrup
 - 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
 - 1 tbsp red pepper powder
 - 💧 1/2 cup water
 
手順
Prepare all the seasonings in a bowl.
Chop all vegetables finely.
Poke the boiled eggs with a fork several times.
Heat a pan, add olive oil, and stir-fry the green onion on medium-low heat for 30 seconds.
Add the eggs and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the onion and stir-fry together for another 30 seconds on medium-low heat.
Add the chili peppers and the prepared sauce, mix well, and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes with the lid on.
Serve the spicy stir-fried egg sauce over rice.
