 - 1 tbsp soy sauce

 - 1 tbsp chili powder

Thaw the frozen shrimp, remove excess water, and prepare them.
Season the shrimp with 1 tbsp rice wine and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well.
Mix the sauce ingredients: 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp chili powder.
