- 5 sheets seaweed for gimbap
- 15 perilla leaves
- 🥚 6 eggs
- 4 cups cooked brown rice
- 10 slices cheddar cheese
- 🥕 60g carrot, finely chopped
- 40g chives, finely chopped
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Mix the cooked brown rice with sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl to season the rice.
Finely chop the carrot and chives for the egg roll filling.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix in the chopped carrot and chives.
