    • 100ml kombu stock

    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tsp corn syrup
    • 1 tsp fish sauce
    • 1 tsp gochujang
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • Pinch of black pepper

Cut the fish cake into six equal pieces.

Slice the tofu into pieces similar in size to the fish cake.

Finely chop the green onion and onion.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a wok and arrange the tofu neatly.
