Main Ingredients
- 🍤 15 cocktail shrimp
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍚 2 servings of cooked rice
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
手順
Prepare all ingredients and slice the onion.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic and sliced onion.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry on low heat. No additional water is needed as the shrimp and onion release moisture.
