- 🦐 20 frozen shrimp
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Slice the zucchini into thin half-moon shapes, about 5mm thick.
Defrost the shrimp, remove tails, and clean thoroughly.
Heat oil in a pan, preferably grape seed oil or any neutral oil.
Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Add the sliced zucchini to the pan and stir-fry together with the shrimp.
Add soy sauce and continue stir-frying until the zucchini softens and releases moisture.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
