    • 🍄 3-4 dried shiitake mushrooms
    • 200-300g flat fish cakes
    • 1/3 radish, sliced
  • Broth Ingredients

    • 3-4 green chilies
    • 🐟 1/2 handful dried anchovies
    • 1/2 handful dried barley shrimp
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp tuna sauce
    • 1-2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🧂 A pinch of salt

Slice the radish into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare a broth pack with dried anchovies, dried shrimp, green chilies, and minced garlic.

Add 2L of water to a pot, along with the radish slices and broth pack. Wash and add dried shiitake mushrooms. Boil on high heat for 10 minutes.

Cut the flat fish cakes into bite-sized pieces and blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

Add the blanched fish cakes to the pot, along with cooking wine and tuna sauce. Season with salt to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Cook until the fish cakes puff up and float. Serve hot.
