- 🌭 300g Vienna sausages
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 paprika, diced
- 10 shishito peppers
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar or syrup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
手順
Dice the paprika and onion, and slice the garlic into thin pieces.
Make shallow cuts on the sausages as per preference.
Heat oil in a pan and lightly sauté the sausages.
Add ketchup and gochujang to the pan.
Add oyster sauce and sugar or syrup to the mixture.
Stir-fry everything together for 2–3 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp of water and stir-fry for another minute.
Serve on a plate and enjoy!
