Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Prepare all the ingredients.
Make small cuts on the sausages.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onions.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry together.
Add gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic, then mix well.
Cook slightly, then add sugar and mix.
Add water to adjust the sauce consistency and bring it to a boil.
