- 🥓 100g pork belly
- 🍝 1 serving spaghetti
- 🥗 1 handful salad greens
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Marinate the pork belly with minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag. This step is optional.
Wash the salad greens and drain the water.
Boil spaghetti in salted water (1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil) for 8 minutes.
While the spaghetti cooks, grill the pork belly in a heated pan. Cut into bite-sized pieces once cooked.
Sauté sliced onions in olive oil until slightly softened.
Add the prepared seasonings and 6 tbsp of pasta water to the onions. Stir well.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss until the sauce coats the pasta evenly.
Plate the spaghetti, top with grilled pork belly and salad greens.
