- 🥩 200g pork belly
Broth
- 600g anchovy stock
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 1 chili pepper
Protein
- 🍢 1/2 block tofu
Seasoning
- Shrimp paste to taste
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp ginger powder
手順
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the pork belly with gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, anchovy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger powder. Let it sit for 10 minutes if possible.
Heat a pot with a little sesame oil and stir-fry the marinated pork belly over low heat until partially cooked.
Add the anchovy stock to the pot.
Add potato, zucchini, and onion. Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the potato is cooked.
Add tofu, green onion, and chili pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve the spicy Samgyeopsal Gochujang Stew hot.
