Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
Condiments
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- To taste ground pepper
手順
Thinly slice the cabbage as finely as possible.
Thinly slice the carrot.
Finely chop the onion.
Mix the sliced cabbage and carrot with 1 tbsp of salt and let it sit to soften.
Check the softened cabbage and carrot; they should bend easily.
Wrap the cabbage and carrot in a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess water.
Place the cabbage and carrot in a mixing bowl.
Add the chopped onion to the bowl.
Add all the sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, pepper) and mix well.
Taste and adjust the flavor. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
