- 🥢 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

Remove the stems from the shishito peppers, wash them, and dry thoroughly.
Place 1 tbsp of flour into a ziplock bag.
Add the shishito peppers to the bag and shake vigorously to coat them evenly with flour.
Microwave the peppers for 3 minutes.
While microwaving, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds in a bowl to prepare the seasoning.
Remove the microwaved peppers and check for even steaming.
Add the prepared seasoning to the steamed peppers and shake or mix well.
Serve immediately or store for later use.
