Protein
- 🌭 6 small sausages, chopped
- 1 can of spam, diced
- 🥚 6 eggs
Vegetable
- 🧅 1 large green onion, chopped
Condiments
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- A pinch of black pepper
Sauce
- 2 packs of 3-minute jajang sauce
手順
Chop the sausages and spam into small pieces.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Crack 6 eggs and lightly beat them, keeping the yolks partially intact.
Prepare the rice in a bowl and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok and stir-fry the chopped green onion.
Add the chopped sausages and spam to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the rice to the wok and sprinkle 1/2 tsp of salt. Stir well to combine.
Pour the beaten eggs around the edge of the wok and sprinkle black pepper.
Heat the 3-minute jajang sauce in boiling water or microwave for 3 minutes.
Pack the fried rice into a bowl, press firmly, and invert onto a plate to shape.
Pour the heated jajang sauce over the shaped fried rice and serve.
