材料
- Vegetables - 2 burdock roots
 
- Oils - 1/4 cup perilla oil
 
- Liquids - 💧 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
 
- Sweeteners - 4 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 4 tbsp brown sugar
 
手順
Peel the burdock root using the back of a knife and slice it thinly. Rinse briefly in water to prevent browning.
Heat 1/4 cup of perilla oil in a pan and add the prepared burdock root. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until sizzling.
Add 2 cups of water and 1/4 cup of soy sauce to the pan. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Mix in 4 tbsp of oligosaccharide and 4 tbsp of brown sugar without covering the pan.
