材料
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 kg quail eggs
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 8 shishito peppers
- 🧄 15 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Seasonings
- 💧 400 ml water
- 🧂 150 ml soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 0.5 tsp ginger powder
- 5 tbsp corn syrup
手順
Clean and prepare all ingredients.
Add quail eggs, water, and soy sauce to a pot.
Add brown sugar to the pot.
Add green onion and garlic to the pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add shiitake mushrooms.
Add ginger powder and corn syrup.
Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add shishito peppers and cooking wine, simmer for 1 more minute.
Serve the dish with rice or as a side dish.
