- 🥕 1 small carrot, julienned

Julienne the potatoes, onion, and carrot into thin strips.
Boil water and add julienned potatoes with 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil. Cook for 2 minutes.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the onion for about 20 seconds.
Add the carrot to the pan and stir-fry for another 20 seconds.
Add the blanched potatoes, salt, and remaining vegetable oil to the pan. Stir-fry for 20 seconds.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir-fry.
