- 3 tbsp pancake mix
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- A pinch of parsley flakes
- A pinch of Parmesan cheese powder
- Ketchup for dipping
手順
Peel the potatoes if necessary, and rinse them under water.
Slice the potatoes into your desired shape and thickness.
Soak the sliced potatoes in water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.
Place the potatoes, pancake mix, curry powder, and parsley flakes into a plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.
Heat oil to 165-185°C (330-365°F) in a deep fryer or heavy pot. Alternatively, use an air fryer.
