- Meat - 3 thick slices of pork neck
 
- Vegetables - 1 king oyster mushroom
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 🥦 1 handful of broccoli
 
- Sauce - 4 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 1/4 cup water
 
手順
Dice all vegetables and pork neck into similar-sized cubes.
Season pork neck with a pinch of salt and pepper, then mix well.
Heat a pan on high heat and sear the pork neck until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Using the same pan, sauté mushrooms and onions on high heat.
Add bell peppers to the pan once the mushrooms and onions are slightly cooked.
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and bring it to a boil.
Add the seared pork neck back into the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
Increase the heat to high and stir-fry quickly before turning off the heat.
