Main Ingredients
- 100g dried pollock
- 50g soaked seaweed
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
手順
Soak the dried pollock in water generously and reserve the soaking water as broth.
Cut the soaked pollock into small pieces and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté the soaked seaweed for about 5 minutes.
Add the pollock pieces and the reserved broth to the pot and bring to a boil.
Season the soup with salt and soy sauce in a 1:2 ratio, and add ground pepper to taste.
Simmer the soup for at least 30 minutes for a light broth or up to 60 minutes for a richer, cloudy texture.
