Seasoning Sauce
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp chili powder

- 3 tbsp water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Wash each perilla leaf thoroughly and drain the water using a strainer.
