- 🦪 150g oysters
 - 🥔 100g radish
 - 🧅 1 stalk green onion
 - 🥚 1 egg
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp perilla oil

- 💧 900ml water

Slice the radish into thin pieces and cut the green onion diagonally.

Place oysters in a bowl, add 1/2 tbsp salt and water, and wash quickly.

Heat 1 tbsp perilla oil in a pan, add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and radish, and stir-fry.
