- 🍗 1 kg chicken wings
- 🌰 Chopped nuts (optional)
Marinade Ingredients
- 🥛 Enough milk to soak chicken
- A pinch of pepper
- A splash of rice wine
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- A dash of sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
手順
Clean the chicken wings and pat them dry. Make small cuts on the wings and soak them in milk for 30 minutes.
Drain the milk and season the wings with pepper, rice wine, and salt. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F). Place the wings on a baking tray and roast for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, garlic, rice wine, vinegar, ketchup, corn syrup, sesame oil, and pepper in a pan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Add the roasted chicken wings to the sauce and toss until well-coated. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top before serving.
