Main Ingredients
- 1 pack natto
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp doenjang
手順
Stir the natto thoroughly until it becomes sticky.
Add 2 tbsp of chopped green onion and 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
Mix in 1 tbsp of doenjang.
Add 1/2 tbsp of gochujang.
Grind 1 tbsp of sesame seeds and mix them in for a nutty aroma.
Add 1 tbsp of plum extract and 1/2 tbsp of chili powder.
Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Serve with rice and wrap in perilla leaves or other leafy greens.
