Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g beef for soup
 - 🍄 sufficient oyster mushrooms
 - 🥒 1/2 zucchini
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 1 green chili
 - 1 red chili
 - 🧄 sufficient scallion
 
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp chili powder
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp ginger juice
 - 💧 2 cups water
 - 🧂 1 tsp salt
 - sufficient sesame oil

Prepare the ingredients: shred oyster mushrooms, slice scallions and chilies, and remove excess blood from beef using kitchen towels.
Heat a pan with sesame oil, add chili powder, minced garlic, and ginger juice, then stir-fry until aromatic. Add beef and cook until browned.
Add 2 cups of water to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add zucchini and let it simmer.
Add the remaining vegetables except scallions, and continue simmering.
Finally, add scallions and season with salt. Serve hot.
