Broth
- 800ml anchovy broth
 
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
 - 🧅 1/4 onion
 - 1/2 red chili
 - 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - 1 tbsp shrimp paste
 
手順
Prepare 800ml anchovy broth and bring it to a boil over high heat.
Beat 3 eggs with 1/3 tsp salt until well mixed.
Once the broth boils, add 1/4 chopped onion and reduce to medium heat.
Add 1 sliced shiitake mushroom and continue cooking over medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp shrimp paste and bring the broth back to a boil.
Slowly pour the beaten eggs into the boiling broth while stirring gently.
Add 1/2 sliced red chili and simmer for 1 minute.
Garnish with shiitake slices, red chili, and a sprinkle of pepper before serving.
