- 140g nurungji
 - 💧 500ml water
 - 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
 - 🥚 2 eggs
 - 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
 - 2 tbsp fish sauce
 - 2 tbsp seasoning sauce
 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
 - 🌰 A sprinkle of sesame seeds
 
手順
Combine 140g nurungji and 500ml water in a pot at a 1:3 ratio. Simmer on low heat until the nurungji softens completely.
Slice 1 pack of enoki mushrooms into smaller pieces.
Beat 2 eggs thoroughly to create egg mixture.
Chop 1/2 stalk of green onion into small pieces.
Add 2 tbsp fish sauce and 2 tbsp seasoning sauce to the pot.
Mix the egg mixture into the pot and stir gently until cooked.
Serve the porridge in bowls.
Drizzle 2 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
