Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls of mixed grain rice
 
Protein
- 🍗 1 can of chicken breast
 - 🥚 2 eggs
 
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 🥕 1/2 carrot
 - 🧄 1 stalk of green onion
 
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
 
手順
Wash and finely chop the green onion, king oyster mushrooms, onion, and carrot.
Heat 1 tbsp of butter or a small amount of oil in a pan and sauté the green onion and garlic.
Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the canned chicken breast and 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, then stir-fry together.
