- 🍄 300–350g mini mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1–2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🍬 A pinch of sugar
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
手順
Clean the mini mushrooms with a kitchen towel to remove dust. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the mushrooms gently for 2–3 minutes.
Add all seasonings except sesame oil and sesame seeds. Stir gently while simmering.
Slice the green onion into thick pieces and add to the pan.
