Dairy
- 🥛 450cc milk
- 🧀 5g grated Parmesan cheese

- 🍄 1/2 king oyster mushroom, sliced
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, sliced

手順
Slice the king oyster mushroom and garlic. Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté the mushroom and garlic until golden brown.
Pour milk into the pan once the mushroom and garlic are golden brown.
Add uncooked macaroni to the boiling milk. Prepare grated Parmesan cheese.
Cook the pasta in the milk for 10–12 minutes until tender and the milk reduces. Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve.
