    • 🧅 1 onion
    • 2 red chilies
    • 1 green chili

    • 🍢 1 block tofu
    • 500g ground pork
  • Sauces and Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp doubanjiang
    • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 4 tbsp chili powder
    • 4 tbsp cornstarch
    • 🧂 1 pinch salt
    • 1 pinch black pepper
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Liquid

    • 400ml water

Cut tofu into small cubes.

Chop green onion, red chili, green chili, and onion finely.

Mix ground pork with salt and black pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and green onion to make scallion oil. Add 1 tbsp chili powder and stir-fry.

Add onion and stir-fry on high heat until translucent.

Add doubanjiang and soy sauce, stir-fry on high heat until fragrant.

Add ground pork and stir-fry on high heat until browned.

Add red chili and green chili, stir-fry on high heat.

Season with oyster sauce, chili powder, and sugar.

Add water and tofu, bring to a boil.

Thicken the sauce with cornstarch slurry.

Turn off the heat and stir in sesame oil.
