- 10 frozen dumplings
- 🧀 200g pizza cheese
- 4 strips of bacon
- 🍄 2 button mushrooms
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/4 orange bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 10 tbsp tomato spaghetti sauce
- Pinch of parsley powder
手順
Slice the mushrooms thinly and finely chop all other vegetables. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces and prepare the cheese and dumplings.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat, add enough oil, and fry the dumplings until golden brown.
In a dry pan over medium heat, cook the bacon first. Then add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
Add the chopped vegetables, a pinch of salt, and ground pepper to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables are softened.
Add 10 tbsp of tomato spaghetti sauce, sliced mushrooms, and fried dumplings to the pan. Mix well.
Mix in 1/3 of the pizza cheese, then evenly spread the remaining cheese on top of the dumplings. Cover the pan and melt the cheese over very low heat.
Sprinkle parsley powder and ground pepper on top before serving.
