材料
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece lotus root
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
手順
Peel the lotus root and slice it into 3mm thick pieces.
Soak the sliced lotus root in water mixed with 1 tbsp vinegar for 10 minutes.
Boil the soaked lotus root in water for 5 minutes, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Grind black sesame seeds and regular sesame seeds together in a mortar.
Combine the ground sesame seeds with perilla powder and mix well.
Add 1/2 tsp salt to the sesame mixture for seasoning.
Mix the lotus root slices with the sesame mixture until evenly coated.
