    • 🍋 1 lemon
    • 🧈 1 tbsp butter

    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt

Boil water with 1/2 tbsp salt and cook pasta for 10 minutes. Reserve 2/3 cup of pasta water.

Slice garlic into thin pieces and roughly chop parsley.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and chili over medium heat.

Add cooked pasta, reserved pasta water, and a pinch of salt to the pan. Stir and cook until the sauce reduces.

Add butter, lemon juice, and parsley to the pan. Mix well.
